Cardano ($ADA) was used to settled a deal of two luxury homes on the Portuguese island of Madeira by Real estate developer Prometheus International. Notably, the deal goes for a total of €4.1 million ($4.7 million).

More so, as per a local news outlet Sapo, this is the
“most expensive luxury real estate acquisition in Portugal since the blockchain revolution,”
Also, it’s the first two properties with sales in ADA in the country.

Furthermore, Prometheus International’s CEO Priyesh Patel goes on to say in the news outlet,
that the firm is seeking to become more attractive for every market.
Notably, The buyer of both properties is still unknown yet. More so, The buy has ADA when’s trading at $0.06 per coin.

Furthermore, The price ADA hits an all-time high above $3. Meanwhile, the investor targets it making it till $5 mark.

Additionally, The company has protocols that checkmates know-your-customer checks for buyers. Particularly, ones using cryptoassets to purchase properties.
Then, The ownership of the properties becomes available through non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the blockchain.

Also, the company has an artificial intelligence that understands when it’s time to sell the tokens for fiat currency.

More so, Prometheus International has many other projects under development in the region. Which of course, has its totalling value above 15 million euros.
