Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase announced it will suspend futures contracts for 10 crypto assets, including Memecoin (MEME), The Sandbox ($SAND), and Moonbirds (BIRB).
According to Coinbase, trading in these futures contracts will be halted on August 26th at approximately 9:00 PM Turkish time.
The contracts that will be suspended and delisted are as follows:

Coinbase stated that positions that are still open at the end of trading hours will be automatically settled.
According to the exchange’s statement, the final settlement price will be calculated based on the average index price during the 60-minute period prior to the suspension of trading.
It was also stated that the funding rate to be applied in the final funding period for the relevant contracts will be set at zero.
Coinbase’s futures trading platform, which once pursued an aggressive listing policy, has recently been making successive delisting decisions.
