TOTHEMOON opened its migration portal for holders to register their Neo-based NFTs for transfer to Base. Token migration remains open until Sept. 24, and the team has committed to refunding all unfusing fees for holders who need to separate fused Cryptonauts before migrating.
NeoPod received the requisite amount of votes on GrantShares to become a voting member, with four in favor and one abstaining. The time lock concluded on Monday, Sept. 7; afterward, NeoPod will become an active voting member.
Meteor researcher Malcolm Lerider released his findings for Phase 0, which pitches that Neo becomes the verifiable target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported the weekly N3 $GAS check-in. Network users claimed 72,174 $GAS this week, while on-chain activity burned 225 $GAS.

Neo SPCC shipped coordinated updates across four infrastructure components on Sept. 1: NeoFS Node v0.56.0, NeoFS SDK Go RC22, NeoGo v0.123.0, and NeoFS REST Gateway v0.19.1, introducing API 2.26 support, automatic TLS certificate generation, and continued cleanup of deprecated operations.
Neo SPCC released NeoFS S3 gateway v0.46.0, which included an upgrade to authbox service issuing S3 credentials over HTTP, optimized request routing, and adjusted read limits for access key objects.
R3E Network released the following:
- Neo Signer RS v0.2.0, a fail-closed signing service for Neo N3 running inside SGX and AWS Nitro Enclaves. The release adds hardware-isolated keys, measured-EIF KMS attestation, durable anti-equivocation, and dual-RPC $GAS sweep checks.
- NeoRust v3.1.0. The neo3 3.1.0 crate adds Rust 1.95 metadata, NFC-normalized NEP-2 passphrases, serde-enabled big integers, and dependency and documentation hardening.
- neo-rs v0.17.0 and neox-rs v2.5.2. The first includes stronger dBFT recovery, Gorgon-aware NeoVM, and P2P/RPC fixes. The latter adds durable signing duties, Anti-MEV admission, and fork-aware decryption.
- Neo Decompiler Rust 0.14.0 and JS 2.1.0. The tool converts NEF and manifest files into readable C#. This update fixes Rust branch and loop analysis, preserves JS call order and side effects, and confirms all pinned devpack contracts compile with Roslyn.
