A mysterious Ethereum wallet known as nd4.eth has burned millions of dollars worth of NFTs and tokens in the past two weeks, raising questions about the purpose and identity of the person who burned it.

According to Etherscan, nd4.eth sent 1 Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), 1 Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) and 1 Bored Ape Kennel Club (BAKC) to 0xdEAD burn address today at 4 pm, with a rare value of $88.3k. He destroyed the NFT.

This account is the same account that burned 2,500 ETH, or $4.63 million, in a single transaction two weeks ago.

All of these tokens will no longer be recoverable, as the incineration address is an invalid address that no one can access. nd4.eth has sent five separate tokens to the 0xdEAD burn address over the past two weeks, including the $18,000 Apecoin accompanying the aforementioned BAYC.

All of this seems to have been done on purpose, the same user even burned his address on the ENS, nd4.eth. Some cryptocurrency users are concerned about the health of the wallet owner, whose motivation is not yet known.

nd4.eth is a trader with over $25 million in trading volume with Uniswap and over $20 million with Binance. He bought around 5,500 ETH from enditall.eth in December 2022, but that wasn't what he burned, he built a bridge to Arbitrum and bought GMX for these tokens.
