Ripple Launches New Office in Switzerland

Ripple is taking a new step to develop a token: a company recently opened a new office in Switzerland to sell XRP to institutional investors. The office is located in Zurich, which is the largest city with the vast number of banks.

The description of Ripple Switzerland GmbH (Ripple Switzerland LLC) reads as follows:

“The purpose of the company is the sale of digital assets XRP to institutional buyers. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, engage in other business activities in Switzerland and abroad and conduct any business directly or indirectly related to the purpose.”

The Charmain of the company will be Eames PETER (a controller at Ripple). At a recent wiss National Bank Conference held in May 2019, Ripple CEO Brad GARLINGHOUSE enlightened the most influential bankers in the world who attended the presentation of Ripple Technology and its products. He explained that Ripple is involved in solving the problem of settling international payments through the blockchain. Garlinghouse claimed that technologies of the company are able to fill the gap of the SWIFT system, which does not keep up with progress.
