OpenSea, a major digital asset marketplace, has integrated its onchain market data with Perplexity Computer, an AI agent platform from Perplexity. Through the new connector, Perplexity Computer can access data on tokens, collectibles and NFTs across more than 25 blockchain networks. The integration allows users to ask questions about crypto market activity and receive answers based on current data from OpenSea.
Users can ask which tokens are trading most actively, which assets are gaining momentum or what is attracting collectors. Perplexity can use live data from OpenSea and cite it in its answers, providing information based on actual trading activity rather than only price data.
The companies said the integration is designed to provide more up-to-date information about onchain markets, where activity can change quickly. Perplexity Computer can use OpenSea data as part of its multi-step tasks and answer questions using current market signals.
