Tharimmune Rebrands as Canton Strategic

Tharimmune, Inc. (NASDAQ: THAR), a biotechnology company, announced a corporate rebrand to Canton Strategic Holdings, Inc. The change takes effect on February 18, 2026. The company’s common stock will begin trading on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol CNTN.

The rebrand reflects a shift toward a digital asset treasury strategy focused on the Canton Network. The company positions itself as the first publicly traded firm to use Canton Coin to support the network’s goal of digitizing traditional financial markets.

Canton Strategic Holdings was established in November 2025 through a $545 million private placement. Its strategy includes acquiring Canton Coin, operating a Super Validator, and investing in applications that expand institutional use of the Canton Network. The company states it remains the only publicly traded entity supported by the Canton Foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting network development.
