Hecto Financial, a regulated financial services provider in South Korea focused on payments and settlements, has announced its integration with the Circle Payments Network. The move gives Hecto Financial access to global settlement infrastructure for cross-border payments using regulated stablecoins.

The company plans to use the Circle Payments Network to streamline overseas remittance and settlement processes in line with South Korean regulatory requirements. The integration is intended to improve the speed and security of cross-border payments for both domestic and international clients, while reducing operational complexity.

Circle Payments Network is operated by Circle Technology Services, an affiliate of Circle Internet Group, a publicly listed digital financial infrastructure company. The network connects financial institutions, payment providers, and fintech companies, enabling always-on, programmable settlement using stablecoins such as USDC and EURC.

Through the integration, Hecto Financial aims to expand its cross-border payment capabilities for enterprise clients and platform partners. Target use cases include B2B transactions, international remittances, and treasury operations. The announcement follows Hecto Financial’s participation in Circle’s Arc public testnet in October 2025, where it joined more than 100 institutions testing early enterprise blockchain infrastructure.
