OpenLedger has announced a partnership with Theoriq aimed at bringing verifiable AI agents into live decentralized finance markets. The collaboration focuses on solving a key problem in AI-driven finance: the lack of transparency and accountability when autonomous systems manage real capital.
Theoriq, an AI agent development platform for onchain markets, provides agents that generate trading strategies, decisions, and execution logic. OpenLedger, a blockchain infrastructure provider for DeFi applications, anchors these actions on-chain. As a result, every step taken by an AI agent, from internal reasoning to transaction execution, is recorded in a cryptographically verifiable environment.
The integration is designed for use cases such as algorithmic trading, liquidity provision, and cross-protocol execution, where speed and automation are critical. At the same time, the onchain model makes it possible to verify whether agents followed predefined rules and economic logic.
