The posted screenshot is from January 24, 2010, a full four months before Bitcoin Pizza Day, and also shows a user trying to sell a JPEG for 500 bitcoins on a Bitcoin forum. It has also come to the fore that Satoshi Nakamoto tried to assist in this sale as well. However, some people have been doubting this claim and calling it a fake screenshot.
