A post sent out on 4Chan by an anonymous user is doing rounds on Reddit after what the mysterious character predicted started happening for real. Apparently, the 4Chan user did their math and predicted a Bitcoin rally starting in April 2019.

What’s interesting is that the post was made on January 21, way before anyone knew what was happening to Bitcoin. At the time, the top crypto was struggling under the bearish weight, trading at just around $3,679.

However, this user predicted that in April, a Bitcoin rally would take the crypto up to around $5,300. Well, it’s already April and a Bitcoin rally is happening. Bitcoin just broke the $5,000 resistance.

And that’s not all. In the same post, the user went on to predict that Bitcoin wouldn’t really stop at $5,300, saying that the crypto would be trading at around $16,000 by October 2019. Could this really happen? If it does, Bitcoin will have recovered much of its loss after the ATH of December 2017.

Bitcoin (BTC) At $87k In A 1.5 Trillion Market Cap Market

Going further, the mysterious character predicted the crypto to have reached around $87,000 by 2020. According to this poster, Bitcoin will by then be holding between 40% to 46% in crypto market dominance. The crypto market will have grown to reach $1.5 trillion in total market capitalization.

It’s to be noted that at the moment, only 3 companies in the world have actually achieved a $1 trillion market cap. These are Microsoft, Amazon, and Apple, so a crypto market worth over $1.5 trillion would be a huge deal.

What Others Say

This poster’s opinion seems to have garnered support among various influential crypto players who have been heavily bullish all through the bear market. Among them are Peter Brandt, Fundstrat, Mike Novogratz, Tim Draper, the Winklevoss twins, and many others.
