Even as the crypto firms continue to feel the heat of the crypto winter, Crypto.com has continued its planned multi-million dollar remodeling of the Crypto.com Arena.

In a recent Twitter post, Crypto.com shared reimagined images of the arena after its nine digital investments in the iconic arena were completed.

Some of the notable upgrades targeted at providing an improved fan experience include the introduction of a multilevel tunnel club. This will allow seasoned ticket holders to see players and artists enter and exit the locker room through a backstage window.

There will also be the addition of two jumbo LED screens as well as an upgraded concourse to include new amenities and food offerings. Upon completion, the state-of-the-art stadium will be fully branded as that of the exchange. The sports venue houses NBA sides LA Lakers and LA Clippers as well as NHL’s Los Angeles Kings Clippers.

The 23-year-old iconic area will remain operational and accessible during this 2-year phased renovation period. Crypto.com secured 20 years of naming rights to the Staple Arena after signing a $700 million partnership deal with its owners AEG in November 2021.

The phased renovations scheduled to be completed at the end of 2024 will be supervised by the original architect Dan Meis and Ron Turner.

Crypto.com’s continued advancement moves

The Singaporean crypto exchange platform seems to be undeterred in its drive for growth and global recognition despite several drawbacks in the year.

The exchange has continued its sporadic expansion by securing regulatory approval in several regions to provide its services. In the year, Crypto.com launched its service in key markets like Italy, Cyprus, South Korea, and Singapore after bagging regulators’ approval.

Crypto.com is also the official crypto exchange sponsor for the upcoming FIFA 2022 world cup in Qatar. As part of the deal, crypto.com will enjoy massive exposure as its logo and visuals alongside that of other supporters like Coca-Cola and Adidas will be displayed in and around the several venues slated for the Mundial.

Crypto.com’s continued expansion moves have earned it deals in other sports including baseball, Formula 1, and e-Sports.
