Collector Crypt, the platform for tokenized Pokémon and other physical trading cards, recorded $150.7 million in mystery-pack purchases over the trailing 30 days, according to DefiLlama data available Oct. 13. Purchases totaled $35.4 million over the past seven days.

Its buyer base has also expanded. Solana data firm Pine Analytics counted 21,876 wallets buying packs on Solana in the third quarter, roughly double the second quarter’s 10,978. That measures wallets, not individual people.

But the spending remains concentrated: Pine found that 548 wallets spending at least $100,000 each accounted for 83% of third-quarter purchases. The platform is reaching more buyers while still depending on a comparatively small group of heavy spenders.

Collector Crypt’s gacha product sells a randomized draw of a token linked to a vaulted physical card. Buyers can keep the token, sell the card back for cash or arrange physical delivery. That cash-out option lets users buy another chance at a valuable card without finding another collector to purchase their previous draw.

For a current scale comparison, Courtyard, another tokenized-collectibles platform, recorded $102.7 million in trailing 30-day volume and $23.7 million over seven days. DefiLlama’s measures have different scopes: Collector Crypt’s figure covers pack purchases, including integrated storefronts such as Jupiter Gacha, while Courtyard’s includes both $NFT sales and marketplace transactions.

Collector Crypt’s pack-sales measure spans Solana, Base and Robinhood Chain, plus its fiat and credit-card payment channel. Its distribution has widened beyond its own website; The Defiant covered Solflare’s integration of the pack-opening product in June.

Pack purchases also dwarf secondary card trading. Pine’s report, drawing on Blockworks’ onchain financial statements, put third-quarter marketplace volume at $8.6 million against $433.1 million in pack sales.

Cash Out or Ship Home

An earlier wallet-level study by Bitquery, covering Dec. 7, 2025, through July 13, 2026, found that about 68% of participating wallets sold back essentially everything they pulled. Just under 6% never sold a card back. The study covered purchases through the main Solana gacha wallet, excluding fiat purchases and secondary-market sales.

Those sellbacks describe cashing out, not physical cards reaching collectors’ homes. Collector Crypt’s API documentation shows how automated that process can be: an optional “turbo” mode sells Common-tier draws back for USDC when a pack opens. A manual buyback pays a percentage of the card’s insured value and returns its token to the original prize wallet, with eligibility lasting 72 hours after the gacha sends it out, provided no buyback has already been confirmed.

Physical delivery follows a different process. Under Collector Crypt’s withdrawal rules, the holder pays shipping and burns the card’s $NFT before the platform ships the physical card. Cards stored in partner vaults can take longer to ship.
