EXIT HOUSE, a protocol for exiting unwanted crypto assets, launched on the Ethereum mainnet. It lets holders exchange eligible NFTs and ERC-20 tokens for EXIT, its native token. The asset is permanently removed from circulation, and the reward is sent to the holder in the same transaction.

During the first 30 days, users receive 1 000 EXIT for every $1 of qualifying asset value. After November 8, the rate will drop to 100 EXIT per dollar. For example, exiting an $NFT valued at $250 during the launch period yields 250 000 EXIT.

Users connect an Ethereum wallet and select an eligible asset. A pricing service provides a signed quote with the asset’s value and reward amount. Each exit carries a 2% fee, paid in ETH on top of gas costs. Half of the fee goes to the EXIT liquidity pool, while the other half goes to the protocol treasury.

NFTs must belong to collections listed on OpenSea before October 1, 2026, with at least five sales in the previous 30 days. ERC-20 tokens must have been deployed before that date and have either a Chainlink price feed or a Uniswap market with at least $250,000 in liquidity. Financial position NFTs and EXIT itself are excluded.
