BAYC NFT #6709 purchase made for 100 ETH: Buyers disclosed themselves

• This was the second time purchase of this popular Astronaut Bored Ape $NFT with the first one made only for worth 0.75 $ETH.

The prominent Non-Fungible Token ($NFT), Bored Ape Yacht Club, witnessed another $NFT sell for a massive price. 

A popular crypto entity purchased the Astronaut Bored Ape $NFT with the token ID 6709 for 100 $ETH or $420,000. OpenSea data signifies that this is the second time purchase of this Bored Ape $NFT, with the first one worth just 0.75 $ETH last year in May. 

Who Purchased the BAYC $NFT for 100 $ETH now?

The Web 3.0 developer and blockchain products and tools builder, Horizen labs, purchased this BAYC $NFT #6709. This purchase was made right after the $NFT project announced a collaboration with Horizen Labs through their Twitter account. Horizen Labs highlights this was to show their support to the $NFT sector, where BAYC and the community play a role. 

According to the President of Horizen Labs, Dean Steinbeck, they wanted to be among the Bored Ape Yacht Club community and wanted to take part in various ways. This comprises coming up with new products and services in the ecosystem, facilitating more robustness to it.

This partnership of Horizen Labs with BAYC $NFT project indicates their plan to get into the tokenization space. 

According to Rob Viglione, the CEO of Horizen Labs, this purchase symbolizes their strong partnership with the Bored Ape Yacht Club and their evolving role in the Web 3.0 space. And that the Astronaut Bored Ape $NFT #6709 stood out to them while choosing a BAYC $NFT for purchase. This is a sign that they are all set to go to the moon with the BAYC community, the Horizen community, and their partners. 

In the future, their further token releases will be addressed as Zenny token and Zenny NFTs. Horizen Labs also underlined that they are willing to release their tokenization platform soon.
