The award-winning director and one of the most prominent filmmakers of all time – Quentin Tarantino – announced the dates for the NFT collection of fan-favorite moments from his original screenplay of “Pulp Fiction.” Each digital collectible will depict a single iconic scene from the movie, as well as personalized audio commentary by the producer himself.

Which Are The Dates?

Last November, Quentin Tarantino revealed he will auction seven “secret NFTs” depicting uncut scenes from one of his best movies – “Pulp Fiction.” Back then, the director informed that the non-fungible tokens would be the first of their kind and will feature content viewable only by their owners, making them extra valuable.

According to a document seen by CryptoPotato, the filmmaker has set auction dates for the NFT collection. All seven of them will take place this month – between January 17 and January 31 as everyone willing to acquire Tarantino’s artwork must register until January 10.

The public auction will be conducted on Ethereum. Participants will be able to use ETH and ERC-20-compatible stablecoins. The NFTs that will allow their owners to take a look into Tarantino’s mind and ideas may be obtained from Secret Network. The latter is an open-source protocol that lets users perform computations on encrypted data, bringing privacy to smart contracts and public blockchains.

Guy Zyskind – Founder and CEO of SCRT Labs (the primary contributor to Secret Network) – commented on the matter:

“Secret Network is proud to stand with Quentin. We are committed to working with talented artists across the globe by providing them a better way to release their works directly to fans without relying on older distribution models, which favor conglomerates over creators.”

Famous Figures And Their NFT Collections

It is safe to say that 2021 has been highly successful for the NFT industry as many individuals bought digital collectibles or launched their own collections. Celebrities, athletes, actors, singers also joined the trend.

In April last year, the 15-time Grammy award winner – Eminem – dropped a collection of his own dubbed Shady Con. The rapper’s partner in the initiative was the NFT platform – Nifty Gateway.

Three of the most famous soccer player of the recent past also launched non-fungible token collections. Namely, those are Alessandro Del Piero – a former captain of the Italian Juventus, Christian Vieri – the idol among Inter’s fans, and Gabriel Batistuta – the iconic Argentinean striker known as “Batigol.” The soccer stars released their collections on Binance NFT Marketplace.

At the end of 2021, Steph Curry became the player with the most scored 3-pointers in the history of the NBA. To celebrate his achievement, the Golden State Warriors point guard launched an NFT collection called the “2974 Collection,” depicting every 3s he has netted in his career.
