The game can be played by BAYC and MAYC holders with a sewer pass and an NFT, which will act as a ticket to participate. Sewer pass holders don’t need to own an ape to play the game which is starting on January 18.
In the series of Twitter threads, BAYC has mentioned the steps to be followed by the pass holders. “Both the Sewer Pass claim and skill-based Dookey Dash will close February 8th (exact time coming later). You get unlimited plays, but play at least once and score more than 0 to validate your Sewer Pass (which is tied to the wallet it’s held in).”
The game starts with the story of Jimmy, the monkey who has passed out in the toilet with the key to a mysterious box stuck with him, which the players have to get by racing through cosmic sewers and collecting the cosmic fragments. The player will get three weeks to play the game, wherein they have to survive longer to get higher rewards.
BAYC has made a long list of FAQs for the players to read and get more information about the same. Apparently, whatever is revealed during the game will “evolve throughout 2023,” which may be used in future challenges.
