The feature was recently made possible through a collaborative effort between JPG Store and Winter.
JPG Store, the largest NFT marketplace on the Cardano blockchain, has enabled a feature that will allow users to purchase Cardano NFTs using Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) through a collaboration with San Francisco-based NFT platform Winter. Winter allows users to sell NFTs through credit cards.
JPG Store recently disclosed the development through its official Twitter handle. “You can now buy any Cardano NFT with ETH or SOL,” the handle disclosed in a tweet Tuesday, further sharing insight on the steps to take to leverage the newly-introduced feature.

To take advantage of the feature, carry out the below steps:
- Search for the NFT you want to purchase on the JPG Store platform and choose SOL or ETH from the drop-down menu for payment.
- Connect your ETH or SOL wallet on the Winter page that pops up.
- Choose the Cardano wallet to which you want the chosen NFT sent, and sign the transaction to complete it.
The JPG Store team expressed their gratitude to the co-founder of the Metaverse experience platform Pixlverse for challenging them to come up with something unique, which led to the development. The Cardano community has received the unique feature well, with some proponents welcoming SOL and ETH holders to the Cardano NFT space.
The Cardano NFT scene has seen some massive growth of late. The Crypto Basic noted that the 15 NFT marketplaces on Cardano had contributed a cumulative trading volume of $450M as of September, with over 7,000 NFT projects then.
JPG Store’s Record Milestones
Since its launch a few months back, JPG Store has made several moves to ensure a seamless NFT marketplace experience on Cardano. The platform became the largest NFT marketplace on the Cardano chain in less than three months following its launch. In February, the platform welcomed over 140K NFTs to its shores.
Lithuania-based dApp platform DappRadar currently ranks JPG Store as the fourth-largest NFT marketplace in the crypto scene, only behind OpenSea, Magic Eden, and AtomicMarket. Data from DappRadar reveals a 30% increase in transactions on JPG Store to 32K+ transactions.
Volume on the platform has also increased by 16% in the past day to $282K. Furthermore, according to an October report, JPG Store had the highest number of unique accounts for any Cardano dApp at the time, with 114K unique accounts.
A few months after its launch, JPG Store partnered with fiat on-ramp service Moonpay on July 8, which saw it integrate the service into its platform. The integration would enable users to purchase ADA directly on the JPG Store through Moonpay’s on-ramp services.
