Leading gaming blockchain startup Spielworks has announced the integration of the Wombat wallet with Ethereum. The Wombat wallet is planned to enable gamers on the Womplay gaming platform to buy and sell Ethereum-based assets, including NFTs, on Ethereum-based marketplaces. It will also allow them to sign transactions in and interact with Ethereum-based DApps.
Wombat has been working hard since its launch to connect the gaming and DeFi worlds. Over the last two years, it has integrated its app with multiple DeFi applications and games through partnerships with eosfinex, Defibox, Prospectors, Upland, and Splinterlands. Now, using Ethereum, Spielworks will gear up to let Wombat wallet users access the world’s leading blockchain network. Not just the blockchain, but they will have access to all Ethereum-based assets via the ERC-20 and ERC-721 token standards.

Wombat’s integration with Ethereum will open up a new world of possibilities for users. They will be able to access the entire Ethereum ecosystem. This includes trademark games like CryptoKitties and Sorare; DeFi hub, such as Compound or Uniswap; and NFT marketplaces like OpenSea or Rarible.
