US-based cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase announced it has decided to suspend trading for Badger DAO (BADGER) and Storj (STORJ) following its latest review of listing standards.
According to a statement from Coinbase, BADGER and STORJ trading will be suspended on September 28, 2026, at approximately 9:00 PM Turkish time. This decision will also affect Simple and Advanced Trade services on Coinbase, as well as Coinbase Exchange and Coinbase Prime, the platform for institutional investors.
The exchange stated that it regularly reviews crypto assets traded on its platform for compliance with listing standards and, following recent assessments, decided to suspend trading in two altcoins. According to Coinbase’s official help page, delisting decisions can be made for various reasons, including changes in the project, assets failing to meet review standards, or the project ceasing operations. However, the exchange did not specify a clear reason for the delisting decision.
