Colossal cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has announced the inclusion of Omisego (OMG) cryptocurrency on its Coinbase Pro platform on Monday, May 18, a statement has confirmed.
The new inclusion, according to Coinbase, will enable customers to make OMG deposit for not less than 12 hours, and afterward, full trading of the cryptocurrency will begin on or after 9 AM Pacific Time the next day once the conditions for liquidity are met.
A sufficient amount of OMG token must be established on the platform for OMG-USD and OMG-BTC trading activities to begin. Also, the platform may support trading of trading pairs OMG/EUR and OMG/GBP on the third day.
Users from all supported jurisdiction of Coinbase will be able to trade OMG on the Coinbase Pro platform aside New York State. Potential users are however urged to note that OMG is not yet supported by the Coinbase mobile apps, as there will be an official separate announcement when it is available.
The launching will take four stages which range from Transfer, Post, Limit, and then to Full Trading.
