Bithumb, one of South Korea's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, announced that it will list Iris (IRYS) in the KRW pair.
Bithumb to List Iris (IRYS) on KRW Market
According to the exchange's announcement, IRYS will only be depositable via the Ethereum network, and transfers from other networks will not be supported. Deposits and withdrawals for IRYS will open within two hours of the announcement.
IRYS's trading start time on Bithumb is scheduled for 7:00 PM on November 27, 2025. The asset's reference price upon entry to the exchange is 68.50 KRW. The number of confirmations required for transfers is reportedly 33.
Bithumb has made trading fees completely free for IRYS as a special listing. The free trading period will run from the opening of trading on November 27th until 10:00 AM on November 29th.
To ensure a safe trading environment, temporary restrictions will be implemented on new listings. Buy orders will not be accepted for the first five minutes after trading opens; sell orders will also be restricted for the same period, from -10% below to 100% above the reference price. Furthermore, only limit orders will be accepted for approximately two hours.
Bithumb warned users to be particularly wary of network verification, supported exchanges, and transfers to the wrong networks.
