Bithumb, one of South Korea's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, announced that it will add Euler ($EUL) to the Korean won (KRW) trading pair, offering a new investment option to its users.

Bithumb Opens KRW Market for Euler ($EUL)

According to the official announcement, trading for the $EUL/KRW pair will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday, September 5, 2025. Users will be able to access $EUL deposits and withdrawals within three hours of the announcement being published.

Transactions will only be supported via the Ethereum network; investments made via other networks will not be accepted. The starting price is 12,930 KRW, and investments will require 33 block confirmations.

Euler stands out as a permissionless, decentralized lending protocol. Users can borrow by using crypto assets as collateral and generate interest by providing liquidity. Furthermore, the platform supports a variety of tokens, rather than being limited to a single asset.

The protocol's current version, Euler v2, works with the Euler Vault Kit (EVK). This allows anyone to establish customized credit markets for ERC-20-based tokens. The new version offers features such as independent vault operation, modular architecture, increased capital efficiency, and tool support for developers.

The $EUL token is used in management, fee flow auctions, and reward mechanisms on the platform.

With this listing, $EUL's visibility in South Korea is expected to increase and its user base to expand.
