Kraken has announced the acquisition of Capitalise.ai, an Israel-based pioneer in no-code, natural-language trading automation.
Founded in 2015, Capitalise.ai has developed a platform that allows users to transform everyday text into executable trading strategies across various asset classes, including equities, crypto, FX, futures, and options. The integration of Capitalise.ai’s technology into Kraken Pro is set to begin later this year, enabling users to design, test, and automate complex trading strategies without the need for coding skills. Shannon Kurtas, Kraken’s Head of Exchange, emphasized that this acquisition will empower clients to act on trading ideas in real time, democratizing access to advanced trading tools. The co-founders of Capitalise.ai, along with key product and engineering talent, will join Kraken to further enhance the platform’s capabilities.
