A plugin has been released in order to integrate decentralized crypto exchanges within WordPress websites.

1 of my biggest Qs since the launch of WP Crypto Exchange today is which DEXs it gets routed through. It's powered by the @TotleCrypto API, which is the absolute best way to get the best prices across these exchanges. The plugin allows anyone to implement a crypto exchange on their website, even with advanced trading features; this WordPress plugin is based on the Totle widget which, with its APIs, draws prices from the various decentralized exchanges to obtain the best market price.

The plugin is also compatible with MetaMask.

Worthy of note is that Totle had access to the funds of Draper Goren Holm, a fund created by Tim Draper, a strong supporter of crypto and blockchain, who recently hypothesized a value per bitcoin of about $350,000. Alon Goren is the founding partner of this fund and creator of the plugin.

WordPress: a plugin to trade Ethereum but not BTC

There are already several integrated tokens, although most of them are using the Ethereum blockchain. Bitcoin (BTC) can only be exchanged via tokens pegged to it such as wBTC, though they promise that in the future BTC will be integrated directly.

Another consideration to make is that, since it is a decentralized exchange plugin, it is necessary to keep in mind that only cryptocurrencies can be traded, without fiat currencies. However, it is possible to rely on the various stablecoins such as DAI, USDC, TUSD and so on.

This WordPress plugin also has a function to include fees, so those who will use the tool will be able to support the website.

The decentralization of crypto within a click

This new plugin is now helping decentralization to spread among those who are familiar with WordPress, in order to use these tools on a large scale.
