This digital asset platform is fully regulated in the Netherlands, with Bybit working to ensure that it remains committed to offering top-tier services to crypto users while remaining compliant with the existing regulatory framework.
Bybit’s digital asset platform launches in the Netherlands
Bybit plans to give Dutch crypto investors access to a trustworthy trading environment using the new digital asset platform.
The crypto exchange has highlighted the benefits that await users who subscribe to the platform including access to a wide range of advanced trading tools.
Dutch crypto investors that use Bybit.nl will obtain a vast pool of financial products, educational materials, and advanced trading tools, allowing them to make their trades easily and more efficiently.
Users will also access localized customer support and community engagement.
The customer support team at Bybit.nl will provide localized assistance while promoting partnerships and innovations using various community initiatives.
Bybit will also bring its pool of Web3 features closer to the crypto community in the Netherlands, making it easier for them to access the crypto market.
Through the Bybit Web3, investors will access a Web3 Wallet and an Airdrop Arcade that they can leverage for a unique cryptocurrency experience.

A regulated platform
The launch of this platform is enabled by the partnership between Bybit and SATOS in June 2023.
SATOS is a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in the Netherlands that is recognized by the Dutch Central Bank.
By partnering with SATOS, Bybit is well-equipped to adapt to the changing regulatory framework in the Netherlands and the upcoming Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) EU framework.
The partnership with SATOS also does more to improve trading experiences in Bybit.nl.
Users will have seamless experiences depositing and withdrawing fiat while also trading more than 300 crypto trading pairs on the new platform.
The partnership with SATOS also assures Bybit.nl users of enhanced security measures to safeguard their crypto assets.
SATOS is regulated and supervised by the Dutch National Bank, which is a guarantee of security and reliability to users.
