Prominent crypto exchange Gate.io has launched a price prediction competition for $XRP, calling expert chartists to forecast the asset’s price movement.
In a recent post on X, Gate.io called on experts in crypto technical analysis, urging them to answer the compelling question of where $XRP’s price is headed. The exchange noted that participants in the $XRP value prediction competition can win up to 1 Ethereum token valued at over $3,709.

Participating in the $XRP Price Guesses Contest
Notably, the $XRP price guessing campaign from Gate.io is a weekly contest dubbed “TATuesday.” In this week’s campaign, Gate.io plans to award ten participants, five winners from the technical analysis side and the other five from those who accurately predict $XRP’s price by a specific date.
Specifically, in this ongoing round, Gate.io users are to suggest $XRP’s exact price with four decimal places by March 19 at 4:00 UTC. On the other hand, technical analysts are to share charts and commentary around the $XRP/USDT pair.
The rules for participation include signing up with Gate.io, following their X/Twitter account, and liking and retweeting the contest post. Participants are to submit their entries via the comment section of the contest post.
Furthermore, Gate.io emphasized that only one $XRP price guess is valid per comment. Yet, participants can comment with as many price guesses as they choose. Notably, the $XRP price guessing campaign commenced on Tuesday, March 12, and will end next Tuesday, March 19, at 04:00 UTC.
Gate.io has promised to award one winner in the technical analysis section 1 $ETH worth $3,709. The exchange will also select up to four runner-ups, with prices ranging from $10 to $100 in crypto tokens.
Meanwhile, the winner of the price guessing section gets 0.5 $ETH worth $1,854, while four runner-ups get between $5 and $50 in crypto. Successful participants can expect the rewards in their Gate.io exchange wallets within seven working days after the contest’s conclusion.
However, Gate.io stressed that users must execute transactions worth $50 in spot or derivates markets within a week to qualify for the reward.
