Binance, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges, announced that it supports upcoming network upgrades and Hard Forks for IoTeX ($IOTX) and Optimism (OP) to ensure a seamless user experience.

Binance Prepares to Support IoTeX ($IOTX) and Optimism (OP) Network Upgrades and Hard Forks

The IoTeX ($IOTX) network upgrade and Hard Fork is scheduled to occur at block height 28,516,681, approximately 02-19-2024 03:58.

Binance will begin suspending token deposits and withdrawals on the IoTeX ($IOTX) network starting approximately 19-02-2024 03:00.

Similarly, Optimism (OP) network upgrade and Hard Fork will happen on 22-02-2024 03:00. Binance will begin suspending token deposits and withdrawals on the Optimism (OP) network starting approximately 21-02-2024 02:00.

Despite the temporary suspension of deposits and withdrawals, trading of tokens on the IoTeX ($IOTX) and Optimism (OP) networks will continue uninterrupted on the Binance platform.

Binance will take responsibility for all technical requirements regarding network upgrades and hard forks and will ensure a smooth transition for its users.

Upon successful completion of upgrades and stabilization of the networks, deposits and withdrawals for tokens on the IoTeX ($IOTX) and Optimism (OP) networks will be reopened.
