Binance Adds ATA, SEI on Cross Margin and SEI on Isolated Margin

Binance has addedATA and $SEI as new borrowable assets on CrossMargin, as well as $SEI as a new borrowable asset on Isolated Margin.

New Cross Margin Pairs:ATA/$USDT, $SEI/$USDT

New Isolated Margin Pair: $SEI/$USDT
