Binance Adds ATA, SEI on Cross Margin and SEI on Isolated Margin

Binance has addedATA and SEI as new borrowable assets on CrossMargin, as well as SEI as a new borrowable asset on Isolated Margin.

New Cross Margin Pairs:ATA/USDT, SEI/USDT

New Isolated Margin Pair: SEI/USDT
