By using the ChatGPT-based AI assistant, people can get answers to their questions about Crypto.com’s suite of products and services.

Crypto.com, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has recently announced some exciting updates to its platform. Crypto.com has added support for three new tokens to its fiat-to-crypto on-ramp service, which is part of its DeFi Wallet. Moreover, the exchange has also launched a virtual assistant based on the GPT API to help customers with their queries.

New Tokens Supported by Crypto.com Pay

According to the update, users will now be able to purchase MATIC, DAI, and USDC with their credit and debit cards. These tokens join Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), and Crypto.com coin (CRO) that are currently available for purchase through Crypto.com Pay. Also, CRO can now be purchased on the Crypto.com Cronos blockchain or the Ethereum network.

Additionally, the DeFi Wallet service has expanded its reach to include more Asian, European, and Latin American countries. Consequently, users in 108 countries can now use the Pay service to buy their assets. The exchange also announced that it has simplified the process of purchasing assets through the wallet.

According to Kris Marszalek, co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com, the company hopes to drive the world’s transition to cryptocurrency. He said:

“We are constantly innovating and adding new features to our platform to make it more convenient and accessible for everyone.”

ChatGPT-based AI Assistant

Meanwhile, the exchange has also launched a virtual assistant based on the GPT API to help customers. The solution is powered by ChatGPT technology, which uses artificial intelligence to generate natural language responses.

By using this feature, people can get answers to their questions about Crypto.com’s suite of products and services. It also provides general information about cryptocurrencies. According to the company, it is one of the earliest cryptocurrency exchanges to adopt the ChatGPT technology. The company is pilot-testing the assistant while considering user feedback.

Crypto.com is not the only crypto platform testing AI applications in its service. Binance released its AI-driven tool, called Binance Sensei, to help users learn more about web3 in April. Soon after that, Solana Labs and Bitget announced the integration of AI-based tools into their platforms. More recently, OKX also announced its ChatGPT-based AI trading assistant which tracks crypto market volatility and recommends trades and strategies to users.
