The Asia-based Exchange is set to launch its flagship non-fungible tokens (NFTS) marketplace soon, featuring selective artists’ high-end works. To introduce the platform, AAX will give users an opportunity to auction their NFTs for a charity campaign. Along with this, they can also win themed NFTs after trading.
This first step into the NFT arena will peak and flourish with the minting and exposition of a series of high-end NFTs. These will be made in collaboration with a mystery artist that is yet to be revealed.
Toya Zhang, COO of AAX spoke about the imminent launch:

The same changes occurred with respect to art: it was an amazing revelation when 3D printing was used for installation artworks. Blockchain technology enables NFTs and allows the artwork to live in the virtual world with its uniqueness and unique value.

The total market cap for NFTs is unfathomable. We are taking a small step forward but opening the NFT world to more users, and encouraging artists to try the new formats of work.
As far as taking small steps goes, the exchange is first holding a lucky draw to give users a chance to win the AAX mascot of Alex and Ava_7 themed NFTs. Along with this, users can participate in the NFT charity campaign just by letting their creative side shine. All they need to do is to submit their own NFTs, out of which AAX will select the best 5. These will then be issued in the NFT marketplace for auction.
As per the exchange, half of the proceeds from the NFT sales will be donated to the charity fund and the other half will go to the creator’s AAX account. What’s more, the winnings will be given out in BTC, as per the real-time exchange rate.
