Today the Coinbase blog announced that they are welcoming XRP to the Coinbase family, causing the XRP coin to show a massive surge of almost 10% in less than two hours.
Upon the recent, official news that XRP will soon be available for trading on Coinbase Pro, the price of XRP saw a massive gain of almost 10%.
The third most popular cryptocurrency is currently trading at $0.33 with a market cap of $13,7 billion, which is slowly creeping up towards the current number two cryptocurrency.

The XRP community is showing several different emotions towards the news which says that their most favourite coin will be added to Coinbase pro.
