USDT0 is now live on Stellar, connecting the network to a unified layer of $USDT liquidity across multiple blockchains. Stellar is a blockchain focused on payments and cross-border financial services. USDT0 is the infrastructure for moving Tether’s dollar stablecoin across networks.
The integration allows users to move USDT0 into and out of Stellar without relying on separate wrapped assets or third-party bridges. Builders can also use the same $USDT asset for payment services, DeFi applications and treasury operations across different networks.
The integration uses LayerZero’s OFT Standard. According to the companies, USDT0 is integrated directly into Stellar’s asset model while remaining connected to the same liquidity system used on other supported networks.
USDT0 on Stellar is already available through BiLira Kripto, Bitget Wallet, Fireblocks, Freighter, Kraken, Kredete, Lobstr, Meru, Ramp Network and SushiSwap. It’s launched in January 2025 and has since processed more than $100 billion in total value across 29 blockchain ecosystems.
