Jupiter has launched YOLO in beta, offering up to 1,000x leverage on $SOL, BTC and $ETH price movements while warning that profitable traders may have to wait for the house to replenish its funds before getting paid.

In its Oct. 15 announcement, Jupiter said users can go long or short—betting on prices rising or falling—with entry pitched at about $10. Its product directory lists YOLO as an experimental Jupiter Labs product with leverage ranging from 500x to 1,000x.

Traders face the house rather than other traders. Jupiter said in an accompanying disclosure that YOLO is unaudited and that unpaid profits will be queued and paid in order as funds replenish if house funds run low.

“No guaranteed payout time,” Jupiter wrote.

That creates two distinct risks for users: losing their stake on an unsuccessful trade, as the launch announcement warns, and waiting an unspecified length of time to collect profits on a successful one if the house lacks funds.

A Higher-Leverage Experiment

Trading against pooled capital is already part of Jupiter's business. Its existing Jupiter Perps documentation describes $SOL, $ETH and wrapped bitcoin markets where the Jupiter Liquidity Pool, or $JLP, acts as the counterparty rather than an order book matching traders. The pool pays when traders profit and receives their losses.

Those $JLP markets have a maximum leverage of 250x, compared with YOLO's advertised 1,000x ceiling. Jupiter's Perps documentation describes that protocol as audited; its YOLO launch explicitly warns that the experimental product is unaudited.

Jupiter says YOLO was built by Jupiter Labs, which it describes as a “playground for fun, experimental products from Jupiter.” Its advice to users: “Start small, don't YOLO your life savings.”
