Midas, a platform bringing investment strategies on-chain, has partnered with Wellington Management, an asset manager overseeing more than $1.3 trillion, to launch mWIN. The tokenized credit strategy is issued through a Luxembourg Securitisation Vehicle and is designed for use in both traditional and decentralized markets.
mWIN tracks an actively managed fixed-income portfolio covering CLOs, CMBS, RMBS, ABS, and investment-grade corporate bonds. Wellington Management manages the portfolio, while Northern Trust, a global institutional custody provider, holds the underlying assets and provides daily pricing for NAV calculations.
mWIN allows the portfolio to change with market conditions. Wellington can adjust exposures based on macroeconomic factors, liquidity, and individual securities while staying within defined limits for duration and credit quality.
Sentora, an on-chain asset management platform, has brought mWIN to Morpho as collateral. A dedicated market will use PayPal’s $PYUSD as the lending asset, while mWIN serves as collateral. Midas also plans integrations with Aave’s Horizon Market and RWA Hub.
mWIN is already live on Ethereum, with subscriptions available in USDC and $PYUSD. The strategy is also expected to launch on Monad. Investors can access it through Midas or use it through Sentora’s Morpho vault.
