SingularityNET, a decentralized AI platform, has joined forces with the Mina Foundation, the nonprofit behind the privacy-focused Mina protocol, to advance decentralized AI using zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs. The key focus areas of the partnership include research into AI-powered decision agents and advancing the Internet of Knowledge initiative, a decentralized ecosystem for secure, collaborative AI knowledge sharing.

The collaboration addresses critical barriers in AI and blockchain by driving advanced innovation in scalable solutions while continuing to protect user privacy. The partnership focuses on combining SingularityNET’s AI infrastructure with Mina Protocol’s zk-SNARK technology, a robust cryptographic proof system.

ZK proofs allow information to be verified without revealing underlying data, such as sensitive user data, financial details, and other private information. The goal of the integration is to create a secure knowledge layer for AI agents so that they can operate efficiently without compromising user data, and to pave the way for the development of AGI-based tools that maintain data integrity and privacy.
