The Blockchain Group Acquires 624 BTC, Total Holdings Reach 1,471 BTC

The Blockchain Group (Euronext Paris: ALTBG) has confirmed the acquisition of 624 bitcoin ( BTC) for approximately €60.2 million, bringing its total holdings to 1,471 BTC valued at around €131.9 million. This acquisition follows the completion of a reserved capital increase and private placement announced on May 20, 2025, which raised about €8.6 million to acquire 80 BTC for €7.7 million. Additionally, the company completed a convertible bond issuance on May 26, 2025, totaling approximately €55.3 million, subscribed by Fulgur Ventures, enabling the acquisition of 544 BTC for €52.5 million. The Blockchain Group reported a year-to-date BTC yield of 1,097.6%, with a gain of 439 BTC and a corresponding gain of about €42.3 million. The company continues to reinforce its bitcoin accumulation strategy while developing the operational activities of its subsidiaries, which specialize in data intelligence, AI, and decentralized technology consulting.
