In a promising day for the crypto market, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) has performed even better than other tokens. The 4th-largest crypto has increased in value by just under 40 percent in the last 24 hours.

Both Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and its recently-launched hardfork, Bitcoin Cash SV (BSV), have seen some wild price fluctuations in recent weeks. This is in the wake of the contentious BCH hash war, which may have also contibuted significantly towards the crash of Bitcoin (BTC) from a stable level around $6.5k to the sub-$4k lows that it is currently seeing.

BCH has generally performed much better than its upstart rival, and today it took advantage of the green market to leap by almost 40 percent. Its price has been rising continuously, and is now up by 39.5% to $140.31. Its market cap currently stands at around $2.4 billion, an increase of over $700 million for the 24h period. Trading volume for the token is now at the highest level it has been in over a month, with $473 million traded in the last 24 hours.
