Pandl stated that this prediction is based on increasing demand for $XRP, noting that Grayscale’s $XRP-focused investment product is seeing increased institutional demand, indicating that experienced investors are preparing for potential value appreciation.

At this point, Pandl believes that the Clarity Act, the cryptocurrency regulation currently under discussion, will be significant for $XRP and will directly shape its price.
