B Strategy, a digital asset investment firm, announced plans to launch a $1 billion U.S.-listed company dedicated to holding BNB and fostering growth within its ecosystem, with strategic support from YZi Labs (formerly Binance Labs).
Hong Kong’s B Strategy Targets U.S. Listing for BNB-Centric Treasury Company
The initiative aims to create a publicly traded vehicle that functions like the “Berkshire Hathaway of the BNB ecosystem.” The company will use its capital to invest in core technology, provide grants for innovative projects, and support community initiatives on the BNB Chain.
While listed in the U.S., it will leverage B Strategy’s strong presence across Hong Kong, ASEAN, and the Middle East regions for liquidity and global investor coverage. The venture is led by an experienced management team. This includes Leon Lu, founder of B Strategy and co-founder of Nasdaq-listed Metalpha, and Max Hua, co-founder of B Strategy and the former CFO of Bitmain.
The team also features partners with senior experience from firms like Shearman & Sterling LLP and 36Kr. Ella Zhang, Head of YZi Labs, stated that BNB is becoming a cornerstone for next-generation finance. She expressed confidence in B Strategy’s team and their mission to amplify the ecosystem’s growth momentum.
“ BNB is emerging as the cornerstone utility for the next generation of capital markets and financial systems, powering Web3 with unmatched trading volume, robust stablecoin integration, and growing real-world asset adoption. It’s high on-chain usage and strong incentives for builders and users are driving mass adoption,” Zhang said in the release shared with Bitcoin.com News.
Leon Lu said the publicly listed structure provides disciplined, transparent access to digital assets. The company will actively manage BNB as a core strategic asset, pursuing a “maximize BNB-per-share” strategy for institutional investors.
Max Hua emphasized the company’s commitment to industrial-grade governance, transparent reporting, and robust custody. The company expects to announce the closing of its initial financing in the coming weeks.
