EOS Network has officially rebranded as Vaulta, a Web3 banking firm that aims to offer a wide range of crypto services, including wealth management, portfolio management, and more.

The company shared the news in a post on X, stating, “Vaulta is a Web3 banking network designed to bridge the gap between traditional banking and decentralized digital assets. Vaulta focuses on four key areas: wealth management, consumer payments, portfolio management, and insurance.”

As part of this rebranding, EOS Network plans a token swap, scheduled for the end of May.
Moreover, Vaulta has also launched the Vaulta Bank Advisory Board, a team of financial and blockchain experts tasked with bridging the divide between traditional banking and decentralized financial systems. The board includes executives from Systemic Trust, Tetra, and ATB Financial.
As per the announcement, Vaulta will maintain the technical infrastructure from EOS Network, such as its smart contract architecture, decentralized database, and inter-blockchain connectivity. The platform also plans to integrate with exSat, a Bitcoin-focused digital banking solution.
Additionally, Vaulta is forming key partnerships with Ceffu, Spirit Blockchain, and Blockchain Insurance to further expand its Web3 banking ecosystem.
