Mike Tyson, one of the all-time great heavyweight fighters, has dabbled in cryptocurrency. He's asking his 5.7 million Twitter followers how high they think the price of the cryptocurrency Solana (SOL) will go after revealing last week that he's ‘all in’ on it. ‘How high do you think Sol will go?’ he tweeted on Saturday. https://twitter.com/MikeTyson/status/1482389658021634058 No one provided him a real pricing analysis for Solana, despite the fact that his tweet had 2.4K replies at the time of writing. During his early career, Tyson was known as ‘Iron Mike’ and ‘Kid Dynamite,’ and eventually as ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet.’ https://twitter.com/MikeTyson/status/1481310885876355072 He tweeted last week that he was 'all in on Solana' and had 'just grabbed a Catalina Whale.' An image of a non-fungible token (NFT) from the Catalina Whale Mixer collection was included in his tweet. Iron Mike also has his own NFT collection on Opensea, which he started alongside artist Cory Van Lew in August of last year.

“The Mike Tyson NFT Collection is a limited-edition series of NFTs that celebrates the iconic life and legacy of the Baddest Man on the Planet, Mike Tyson,” according to the description of the collection.

Tyson further tweeted about NFTs last week: “Ever since I got into NFTs I have been looking for crypto partnerships and DREAM really stood out. It’s the first of its kind that can only be traded during US stock market hours. Could revolutionize the space and help the mental health of the crypto community.” Iron Mike polled his Twitter followers to see which cryptocurrency they preferred before diving into Solana. He was debating between bitcoin and ether in June of last year.

"Which do you prefer, BTC or ETH?" he tweeted. He then had to make a decision between solana and ether. "Solana or Ethereum?" he tweeted in September.

Solana is presently the fifth-largest cryptocurrency, with a market valuation of almost $47 billion. The price of the coin is at $149.84. The cryptocurrency has gained 4,495 percent in the last year but has lost nearly 15 percent in the last month. Last week, Bank of America published a bullish analysis on Solana, claiming that the cryptocurrency might overtake ethereum as the Visa of the digital asset ecosystem.
