XRP Has Successfully Returned To The TaiFu™ 30 Crypto Index, An Important Benchmark In The Cryptocurrency Market

Ripple ($XRP), a cryptocurrency associated with US blockchain company Ripple Labs Inc., marked its return to the TaiFu™ 30 Crypto Index, a renowned benchmark that is recalibrated daily to include the top 30 cryptocurrencies based on market capitalization. This index is known for its daily recalibrations, providing the most up-to-date representation of the 30 largest cryptocurrencies.

$XRP's re-inclusion in the index is significant as it reflects its increased accessibility to Western traders. Tai Zen, co-creator of the TaiFu 30 Crypto Index, shared the development in a post, emphasizing that the re-inclusion process was smooth given the routine reshuffling of the index at the beginning of each quarter.

$XRP now stands alongside well-known cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE) and Solana (SOL). However, its weighted share of the index is only 2.756%, which is in stark contrast to Bitcoin's 49.353% and Ethereum's 19.413%.
