Ripple may be one of the most rapidly expanding ecosystems and one of those that often make their new steps public. Recently, the crypto giant has published a document with a list of its xRapid users that include the recently acquired MoneyGram.

The list includes six payment providers: MoneyGram, TransferGo, goLance, InstaReM, SendFriend and Mercury FX. These companies are using XRP for fast overseas payments and as a means for ensuring instant liquidity.

Besides, on the Ripple’s updated website there are two new banks that have joined its network recently.

Ripple adds two new partners

On the Ripple website that has been recently updated, there are two new institutions on the list of the partners that have joined RippleNet.

Interbank from Peru and Vitesse, based in the UK. Both these institutions are highly likely to start using Ripple’s xCurrent system for international payments. xCurrent is a rival system to SWIFT and does not utilize XRP.

Ripple keeps fighting off its XRP security lawsuit

Earlier on Friday, U.Today reported that Ripple had appealed to the federal court that the judge should dismiss a legal class action against it.

The complaint was filed last year, claiming that XRP tokens bought on the sale in 2013 were unregistered securities. The Ripple’s legal team states that legal complaints of this kind can only be filed within three years after the sale.

Since investors pressed charges only in 2018, the lawsuit has expired Ripple’s lawyers say.
