PancakeSwap, a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange (DEX), has released a tower defense game called Pancake Protectors. Mobox, a player-versus-player (PvP) Gamefi platform on the Binance chain, has been in testing for the last week, but its formal debut has now occurred.
The DEX’s native token, CAKE, has reportedly been included in the platform. Players may get the resource by playing Pancake Protectors. In Pancake Protectors, users may use CAKE to claim game heroes, recharge certain in-game resources, gain access to higher levels that provide greater prizes, and stake the token to earn even more in-game assets.
Feedback from Community Welcome
PancakeSwap enables decentralized cryptocurrency trading, ensuring that users retain full control of their funds at all times. It is hosted on Binance’s Smart Chain and supports cross-chain asset interoperability.
Furthermore, the PancakeSwap platform does not employ inflationary methods to fuel player growth. As clarified by the game’s pseudo-head chef, Mochi, on Twitter.
Mochi tweeted that their new Pancake Protectors will be released with the caveat that their use would be “experimental.” He also said that they would be paying great attention to the feedback from the community. In order to see whether the games are a suitable match.
Moreover, according to a press release, the platform’s newest version, PancakeSwap Version3, will result in lower trading costs and better liquidity provisions. Although the debut of a tower defence game by a DEX is surprising, it does provide a new Web3 feature to the vast numbers of people who currently use Pancake Swap.
