Cloud service Google Cloud has announced a partnership with Tezos Network. As part of the partnership, the platform has become one of the validators of the network. Google Cloud will provide its users with the ability to deploy Tezos nodes. Tezos will appear in the list of supported networks in the Blockchain Node Engine service. The platform was launched in October 2022. With it, users can deploy nodes directly through the Google service.

At the initial stage, the platform only supported the Ethereum blockchain. Then last November, Google Cloud became a Solana validator, and the list of supported networks grew. Later, Aptos joined Ethereum and Solana. Thus, Google is actively developing the field of blockchain and, probably, considers this direction to be promising.

Against the background of the news about the partnership with the corporation, the rate of the native Tezos token (XTZ) rose by more than 6% per day. At the time of writing, the asset is trading at $1.34.
