peaq and Allora have integrated predictive AI for robots and machines running peaqOS. The integration allows machines to access Allora forecasts and use them when making decisions. Machines can also become inference workers and earn from providing predictions.
Allora is a decentralized AI network where multiple models compete to answer questions about the future. Their forecasts are evaluated against real outcomes, allowing the network to determine which models provide more accurate results. The system currently includes more than 288,000 worker models and 55 live topics.
peaq is a blockchain platform for machine economies and connected devices. Through peaqOS, machines can access Allora through robotic.sh, while their activity is linked to a single machine identity. This includes both using forecasts and registering as an inference worker.
The integration is demonstrated with a Unitree G1 humanoid robot. After completing a warehouse shift, the robot can use an Allora forecast to decide when to convert its earnings. When the machine is not working, its computing resources can instead be used to generate predictions for the network.
The companies say this creates a new model where machines can both consume and provide intelligence. Robots can use forecasts when they need information and put their unused computing capacity to work when they are idle.
The Allora service is now available through robotic.sh for machines running peaqOS.
