ADI Foundation, Finstreet and BlockBooster have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore cooperation on regulated tokenized products and supporting blockchain infrastructure. The agreement focuses on building a compliant ecosystem for digital assets aimed at institutional and regulated markets.

Under the proposed collaboration, ADI Foundation will contribute blockchain infrastructure and governance designed for regulatory compliance and sovereign-grade use. The foundation develops compliance-focused blockchain systems for public and institutional adoption. Finstreet will work alongside ADI on market structure and product development. Finstreet is a regulated digital asset marketplace for tokenized securities.

BlockBooster will support ecosystem growth, asset onboarding and coordinated market launch activities. The company operates as a Web3 venture studio and asset manager focused on stablecoins and real-world assets. The parties will also assess opportunities related to a UAE dirham-backed stablecoin and the broader adoption of on-chain settlement solutions.

In addition, the collaboration will explore institutional-grade tokenized assets, including private credit, private equity and technology-related instruments designed for professional investors. Any initiatives developed under the memorandum will be subject to applicable regulatory approvals before implementation.
