Tesla CEO Elon Musk took the internet by storm last week when he introduced the new Tesla Cybertruck, the company’s first electric pickup truck.

Given its unique design and the fact it only costs $100 to preorder, the Cybertruck has quickly gained a massive number of reservations. According to Musk, the preorder count already exceeds 250,000.

It also hasn’t taken long for the Cybertruck to gain a ton of media and internet attention — thanks largely to its armor glass demo — and now its made its way into the world of blockchain gaming.

Battle Racers, an upcoming arcade-style racing game in the Decentraland metaverse, recently announced that it will soon be adding the “Guerilla Cyber,” a new in-game vehicle that strongly resembles the Cybertruck.

[5 DAYS UNTIL SEASON 1 SALE]

Though already revealed live on stage by @elonmusk himself, here's the newest addition to the Battle Racers fleet.🏎

We bring you: the Guerilla Cyber! Definitely built to last with its hardened steel shell, but there's always room for improvement.😉 pic.twitter.com/7CkNT7a6w5

A playable version of Battle Racers launched on November 25 and the game’s season one sale, which includes the Guerilla Cyber, goes live to the public on December 2.

This isn’t the first time that the worlds of gaming, crypto and Musk have collided. As we previously reported, Musk’s Crypto Flamethrower appeared in Borderlands 3 after Gearbox’s CEO took a liking to the idea.
